Another laudable contract: Alpha Energy and Electric, Inc is completing a multi-scope renovation of the Robert Denney Federal Building and US Courthouse Parking Structure in Lincoln, Nebraska. The project is slated to be completed by December 31, 2011. The project involves the retrofitting of electrical systems in the building replacing old inefficient systems with highly energy efficient LED lighting and control systems designed to maximize energy efficiencies. The project also involved the repairs and replacement of the building envelop including limestone walls and concrete building materials.
